How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders shipped to within the United States are processed in one of various distribution centers located in the eastern continental USA, and normally ship within 2-3 business days via UPS Ground. Second day and overnight shipping is also available.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is available. Orders may be routed through our local office in Miami, FL and delivery time can vary greatly depending upon the destination country. Please contact us for a free quotation.
What is your return policy?
Return procedures vary depending upon item(s) purchased. Please contact customer service regarding your order. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of initial delivery, and must be returned in new, undamaged condition.
Do you sell used merchandise?
No, all items sold are in brand new condition and shipped directly from one of several distribution centers.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments for orders placed through online marketplaces are processed according to the marketplace’s terms. Orders placed directly with Ubiquity Trade can be processed with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Check, Money Order, or Wire Transfer.
